How to Use
Apply before cooking as a dry rub, or mix with a little oil to coat chicken, ribs, beef or vegetables.
Use for roasting, indirect grilling or low-and-slow barbecue. Finish briefly over direct heat if desired, watching closely to prevent the brown sugar from scorching.
The blend contains salt, so taste before adding extra seasoning.
