Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: calculated at checkout when available

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly. Spicerie is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spicerie.com with photos of the packaging and product.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened food products for safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spicerie.com and we will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

To help us process claims, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit, at Spicerie’s discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted outside the stated timeframe.
