SHIPPING POLICY

At Spicerie, every order is packed with care and attention to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Spicerie is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Spicerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
